Salesperson – Automotive

$65,000 - $80,000 + Residual Commissions


Our client, a rapidly growing solutions provider serving the automotive industry, is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with car dealerships. In this role, you’ll focus on acquiring new dealer accounts and expanding existing partnerships by presenting solutions that help dealerships increase efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and build relationships with new car dealership clients
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations, product demos, and pricing discussions
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business to meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of dealership accounts
  • Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for clients
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure strong onboarding, support, and client retention



Qualifications:


  • Proven outside B2B sales experience in automotive industry
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and revenue goals
  • Strong ability to connect with dealership owners, GMs, and decision-makers
  • Persuasive presentation and negotiation skills with confident objection handling
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-focused
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required



Compensation & Growth:
