Director of Operations – E-Commerce (OTC Pharmaceutical Products)

A fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in over-the-counter pharmaceutical products is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize cross-functional operations.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who understands how all aspects of an e-commerce business work together and can improve efficiency, accountability, and execution across departments.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

* Coordinate communication and execution between Advertising, Amazon Marketplace, E-Commerce, Accounting, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

* Ensure all departments are aligned and operating efficiently toward company goals.

* Develop operational processes and organizational structure that support long-term growth.

* Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to department managers and team leaders.

* Analyze operational challenges and recommend the best course of action.

* Improve workflows, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

* Work closely with the Amazon team to optimize operational execution.

Qualifications:

* Previous leadership experience in an e-commerce business is required.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing and how it integrates with e-commerce operations.

* Experience working with Amazon Marketplace/Amazon Seller Central.

* Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment.

* Proven ability to build processes, improve efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams.

* Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
