Customer Service Rep (Insurance)

Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to add the right individual into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year


Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Thursday 9:00-5:00 Friday 9:00-12:00



Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written



 Experience: Insurance experience a plus.
