Our client is rapidly growing and looking to add the right individual into their company. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance. Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

Qualifications:

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

 Experience: Insurance experience a plus.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Thursday 9:00-5:00 Friday 9:00-12:00
