Shop Ambassador

The shop ambassador is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked. They serve as the face of the brand and play a critical role in building and maintaining customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Must follow all established safety rules and procedures
• Responsible for systematically identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
• As project lead, take assigned projects to support internal research and development.
• Provides data analysis and technical support to manufacturing and quality functions.
• Develops process documentation including work instructions, control plans and visual aids
• Design and execute experiments for trouble-shooting analysis on samples related to manufacture issues and customer complaints.
• Provides process related training to operations personnel to enhance troubleshooting skills
• Working jointly and communicating closely with the outside and inside sales team and supplier team.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as required.
