Director of Operations
Location: Brooklyn, NY or Monsey, NY
Salary: $100,000+
Our client is a company specializing in theater, concert, and sporting event ticket sales is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and manage company-wide operations. This role will oversee daily operations, manage projects, and ensure all processes run efficiently while supporting the company’s financial and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operational functions
• Lead and track internal projects to ensure timely and successful execution
• Develop, implement, and improve operational systems and workflows
• Ensure coordination and communication across departments
• Monitor operational performance and key metrics
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control in partnership with leadership
• Manage vendor relationships and operational resources
• Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth business operations
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in operations management or a senior leadership role
• Proven experience overseeing company-wide operations and projects
• Strong understanding of financials, budgeting, and operational reporting
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
