We are looking to hire a Project Manager to join our fast-paced Product Development team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves seeing ideas come to life, and can manage multiple projects from concept to launch
all while keeping timelines, teams, and details perfectly aligned.
You’ll take ownership of new cabinet line introductions and innovations, ensuring projects move from vision to execution efficiently, on time, and with precision. This position requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through implementation.
- Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and deliverables across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and resolve project risks or delays, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Maintain accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
- Prepare and present project updates to leadership with clarity and confidence.
- Document and standardize and improve processes for efficiency and repeatability.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at once while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear, professional, and proactive communicator.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar).
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Manufacturing, or Product Development.
- Background or strong interest in Kitchen, Cabinetry, or Interior Design industries.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or process improvement methodologies.
- Organized, resourceful, and dependable.
- A clear communicator who thrives in collaboration.
- Calm under pressure and motivated by challenges.
