Administrative Assistant – Home Care

Downtown Brooklyn (In-office, full-time; hybrid possible after training)

Starting at $66,000, depending on experience


Our client is a growing home care company looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant who is fluent in Yiddish and understands Chassidic culture.


Responsibilities:


  • Connect with families, understand their children’s needs, and assist with any issues
  • Answer emails and manage day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to families and colleagues


Requirements:


  • Fluency in Yiddish and familiarity with Chassidic customs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Female candidates preferred



This is an in-office full-time role to start, with the potential for hybrid work once fully trained in the role.
