Midtown (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office per week)

Our client, a mid-sized public accounting firm in Midtown, is seeking a skilled accountant to join their team, focusing on high net worth individuals and corporations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and a commitment to professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax returns for high net worth individuals and businesses, including 1040s, 1065s, and S-Corps
• Work with various partners on diverse client portfolios
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax documents
• Stay current with tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in the high net worth space
• Proficiency in preparing 1040s, 1065s, S-Corps, and other relevant tax forms
• CPA certification or actively working towards obtaining it
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
