A leading sports ticketing company is seeking an Operations & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory workflows, optimize systems, and lead a team of coordinators. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, process-driven, and especially strong at training, developing staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, automated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all ticket inventory operations across multiple leagues, teams, and platforms
- Supervise and train team members, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and consistency
- Develop and improve onboarding and training processes for new and existing staff
- Monitor automated systems and workflows, stepping in to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, listings, and timely order fulfillment across platforms
- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain organized workflows and ensure team accountability across all tasks
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of experience in operations, inventory, or process-driven environments
- Prior experience managing or training team members is strongly preferred
- Strong systems mindset with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Proven ability to build processes and improve operational efficiency
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workflows
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and comfort working across multiple systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Flexible schedule required, including later shifts (e.g., 1pm–9pm, 3pm–11pm) and alternating weekends
