About the Role:
A leading sports ticketing company is seeking a detail-oriented Operations and Inventory Coordinator to manage ticket inventory, ensure accurate system processing, and support a highly automated workflow. This role is process-driven, fast-paced at times, and ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and able to identify and address issues in automated inventory and operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all incoming ticket inventory across multiple leagues, teams, and platforms.
- Enter and verify purchases in the point-of-sale system, ensuring proper categorization and accuracy.
- Monitor automated processes and intervene manually when needed to maintain workflow accuracy.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory or system discrepancies.
- Ensure listings are properly reflected across all marketplaces and confirm sold orders are delivered correctly and on time.
- Maintain organized workflows using email-driven task management and navigate data across multiple selling platforms.
- Collaborate with operations leadership when operational or system issues arise.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to diagnose workflow or software issues quickly
- Comfortable working with structured processes and improving them when needed
- Experience with inventory, order processing, or multi-platform operations preferred
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks calmly and accurately
- Comfortable working on-site with multiple screens and fast-paced systems
- Flexible schedule availability (later shifts such as 1pm–9pm, 3pm–11pm; includes weekends as needed)
- Eligible for overtime opportunities
