Our client is a fast-growing real estate Owner, Management and Development firm dedicated to delivering excellence in property operations, asset performance, Investor satisfaction and resident comfortability and safety. They are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to

senior leadership and help drive the success of their business.


The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the EVP, providing high-level administrative support, coordinating critical projects, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations at the property level as well as for the corporate office. This individual must be resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment within the real estate management industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist in reviewing property and financial reports, track deadlines and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings with internal teams, investors, and external partners.
  • Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Support project management, including tracking deliverables and deadlines.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, asset managers, regional managers, and vendors.
  • Assist in drafting and editing communications, memos, and meeting notes.
  • Onboarding and offboarding properties
  • Manage document organization, filing systems, and contract tracking.
  • Lease review and implementation
  • Provide general office support and ensure smooth daily operations.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2–3 years of executive assistant or administrative experience (real estate, property management, or finance background a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google office.
  • Experience with property management software a plus(Apfolio).
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
