Our client is a fast-growing real estate Owner, Management and Development firm dedicated to delivering excellence in property operations, asset performance, Investor satisfaction and resident comfortability and safety. They are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to

senior leadership and help drive the success of their business.


Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the EVP, providing high-level administrative support, coordinating critical projects, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations at the property level as well as for the corporate office. This individual must be resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment within the real estate management industry.


Key Responsibilities:

● Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.

● Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.

● Assist in reviewing property and financial reports, track deadlines and follow-ups.

● Coordinate and organize meetings with internal teams, investors, and external partners.

● Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

● Support project management, including tracking deliverables and deadlines.

● Serve as a liaison between executives, asset managers, regional managers, and vendors.

● Assist in drafting and editing communications, memos, and meeting notes.

● Onboarding and offboarding properties

● Manage document organization, filing systems, and contract tracking.

● Lease review and implementation

● Provide general office support and ensure smooth daily operations.


Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2–3 years of executive assistant or administrative experience (real estate, property

management, or finance background a plus).

● Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

● Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google office.

● Experience with property management software a plus(Apfolio).

● Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
