Distribution Specialist

1st shift - $17.00/hour

10:00am - 6:30pm (train 7:00am - 3:30pm)

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Distribution Specialist to support warehouse operations. This hands-on role involves picking, packing, receiving, inventory support, and operating industrial equipment—all while maintaining safety and efficiency.

📦 Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products using PowerdPick and D365
• Receive and put away shipments (domestic, overseas, inter-company)
• Support inventory accuracy and on-time delivery
• Assist with onboarding and training of associates
• Meet production metrics for safety, quality, and productivity
• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) safely
• Learn product lines and identification numbers
• Perform other duties as assigned

📚 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Leadership experience and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout shift
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attendance
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate schedules
