Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented role? Join our team as a Finisher and help create high-quality ceramic parts used in precision applications.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Finish & repair ceramic hardware and airfoils
• Use handheld tools and equipment
• Inspect parts and fix defects
• Maintain accurate paperwork
• Hit quality and production goals
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Communicate with team, leads & engineers
• Follow all safety and shift-end procedures

📋 Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Good hand-eye coordination & motor skills
• Experience using air grinders, calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Dependable attendance and teamwork
• Willingness to cross-train

🧍 Physical Requirements

• Mostly seated work (80% of shift)
• Close-up work using inspection tools
• Must work well in a manufacturing setting

🔧 Tools You’ll Use

• Precision air grinders, sanding tools, diamond saws
• Magnifying visors and loops
• Measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Computers & scanners
