Machine Operators - 3rd Shift

$24/hour + based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Must have Metal Cutting/Drilling Experience
• CNC background a big plus
• Install the tooling for the setup
• The tooling is put in the proper place per the setup sheets
• Adjust machines as required to keep parts in tolerance
• Manual dexterity for machine adjustments
• Check pieces to the quality standards
• Tumble parts for burrs and eliminating chips
• Place the parts on a skid
• Manual dexterity for adjustments and loading of the machine.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and understand blueprints
• Must be able to use and understand measuring devices and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pitch micrometers, hardness tests and thread gages
• Must pass all ISO training within the first month
• Lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
