Position Summary

 

The Business Development Officer role is ideal for someone passionate about driving meaningful results and advancing their career in sales. This individual will be a motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships and creating value. With some experience already under their belt, they’ll focus on identifying and qualifying leads for our performance solutions, playing a pivotal role in connecting businesses with the right solutions to succeed. Compensation includes a competitive base pay with uncapped commission—offering unlimited growth potential for the right candidate ready to make an impact.

 

Responsibilities & Goals

 

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Identify and qualify prospects using innovative research techniques and effective outreach strategies.
  • Partner with HR leaders, Plant Managers, Directors, VP-level talent acquisition professionals, and the C-Suite to deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all Qualigence services and how they create value for clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support consistent business growth.
  • Leverage creative approaches across phone, email, social media, and other communication channels to initiate conversations, build relationships, and close deals daily.
  • Effectively manage and nurture your book of business within our CRM to ensure a seamless client experience.
