Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity where your setup skills are valued? We’re hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Operator who can independently set up and run machines while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (tooling, fixtures, offsets)
• Load programs and make offset adjustments
• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of CNC lathe experience (setup required)
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Ability to work independently
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Experience:

• Multi-axis or live-tooling lathes
• Bar feeders or part catchers
• ISO or AS9100 environment
