Service Technician

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Pay: $23 – $29 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Type: Full-Time | In-House Role

Position Overview

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Twinsburg, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their mechanical career who wants to grow with a stable company and develop their technical skills.

In this role, you will help repair, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment while working closely with an experienced team in a shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Perform preventative maintenance services on equipment and components
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment problems
• Isolate and identify issues at the component level
• Communicate service progress and issues with team members
• Maintain accurate service documentation as needed
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical experience, preferably with:

1. Hydraulics
2. Material handling equipment
3. Construction equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to logically diagnose and isolate mechanical issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
