Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Pay: $20/hour

Location: Mentor, Ohio

Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift

What You’ll Do:

• Pull material from warehouse to support production needs
• Stock storage/staging areas and assist with shipping/receiving
• Perform accurate inventory transactions using mobile equipment or desktop
• Operate forklift, powered pallet jack, and other material handling equipment
• Pick raw materials for production areas (Kanban bins/carts)
• Assist with unloading incoming materials, labeling, and put-away
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
• Comply with all safety, quality, and shop practice requirements

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

1+ year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience

Preferred Skills:

Basic computer skills

Quality and inventory control experience

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 30 lbs.

• Stand for long periods

• Climb up to 15 ft
