Administrative Office Support

Full-Time | Monday – Friday / 8AM - 5PM

Competitive Pay (35-40K Based on Experience)

We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Office Support professional to assist with daily office operations. This role supports multiple departments including customer service, accounting, purchasing, and management, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter invoices, credits, and debit memos into the system
  • Support online order management and sales order entry
  • Create documents, forms, and spreadsheets using Excel and Word
  • Review freight bills and sales order documentation
  • Assist with accounts payable and invoicing support
  • Prepare and review certification documents for outgoing orders
  • Help process production orders and assist with purchasing inquiries
  • Support management with reports and administrative tasks
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed


Requirements

  • 2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
  • SAGE experience is a plus
  • Friendly, professional attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Reliable with consistent attendance


Physical Requirements

  • Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 lbs.
  • Regular standing, walking, and use of hands for office tasks
