Position Summary:
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the people strategy of a growing, dynamic organization. You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR, recruiting, and employee engagement, while learning directly from experienced professionals who are invested in your growth. This is more than a job—it’s a steppingstone to a long-term career in HR where you can learn, contribute, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full internal recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Coordinate onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one.
- Assist with employee engagement and internal development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and support administrative processes
- Help with payroll, benefits, and general employee support
- Contribute to HR projects like surveys, training, and retention programs
- Provide backup support for operations and general office responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate or early-career professional in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Some exposure to HR or recruiting through internships, coursework, or projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, adaptable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow
