Overview:

The Temporary Senior Accountant supports accurate financial reporting through complex reconciliations, analysis, and adherence to internal controls. This role prepares financial statements, assists with month-end close activities, and provides guidance to the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Analyze financial data and process general ledger entries and accruals
• Complete monthly bank and ledger reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy of monthly data in reporting software
• Review financial statements for completeness and compliance
• Support Accounting Manager and Controller as needed
• Coordinate information requests and maintain accounting records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and follow PPE guidelines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
