πΌ Position Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Plant Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support purchasing activities, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role is key to keeping our manufacturing office efficient, connected, and customer-focused.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations (scheduling, supplies, support)
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate communication and workflow across departments
- Supervise office staff as needed
Purchasing & Inventory:
- Order supplies for office, production, and facilities
- Maintain and negotiate vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory and manage reorders
- Verify invoices and support accounting with payment processing
- Manage purchasing budgets and look for cost-saving opportunities
Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers (phone, email, in person)
- Resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain customer records and data entry in CRM/order systems
- Support order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office administration or plant/operations support

Strong background in purchasing and customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP/CRM experience preferred
- Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
