Production Control Specialist

Join our team as a Production Control Specialist and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate workflow across departments, manage work orders, and ensure materials and products are where they need to be—on time, every time.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, release, and distribute work orders for assemblies and subparts
• Maintain accurate due dates and schedules across systems and customer orders
• Post material usage and update inventory after jobs are completed
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies
• Create and update inventory records in ERP and manual logs
• Identify and resolve stock issues or urgent supply needs
• Collaborate with departments to correct BOMs (Bills of Materials) and labor estimates
• Prepare and share inventory/production status reports for meetings
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, performance metrics, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

✅ High school diploma (Associate degree in logistics/supply chain preferred)

✅ 2+ years’ experience in production control, inventory, or manufacturing support

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and inventory control tools

✅ Strong organizational and time management skills

✅ Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

✅ Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Work Environment

• Based in a manufacturing facility
• Daily interaction with warehouse and production floor personnel
