Machine Operators

Day Shift - 6:00pm - 6:00am

We’re hiring Machine Operators to join our production team. You’ll set up, run, and monitor extrusion machines to keep production moving smoothly while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up, start, and run extrusion machines to meet hourly production goals
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment
• Monitor machines for malfunctions and troubleshoot issues
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package finished product when needed
• Complete daily production reports
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regularly
• Follow all safety and housekeeping standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Prior Machine Operator experience (required)

✅ Plastics extrusion experience (preferred)

✅ Strong mechanical aptitude

✅ Ability to read and follow directions in English

✅ Forklift experience (a plus)

✅ Safety-minded and dependable
