Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / Machine) – 3rd Shift

Lake County, OH

$28–$34+ per hour (based on experience)

3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Four 10-hour nights

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair industrial machines, electrical systems, and controls
• Diagnose equipment issues using schematics, blueprints, and test instruments
• Troubleshoot CNC, PLC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Repair or replace defective components and wiring
• Align, adjust, and calibrate equipment to specifications
• Modify or build fixtures, tooling, and equipment as needed
• Operate lifts, tow motors, hoists, and jacks
• Work closely with operators to prevent breakdowns

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years maintenance experience with CNC, PLC, electricity, and welding
• 2–3 years in a metal fabrication or machining environment
• Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V
• Vocational/Technical training in automation or equipment maintenance (preferred)
