Join a family-owned commercial heat-treating company where your skills matter and growth is encouraged. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on technician with strong mechanical aptitude to help maintain and repair industrial equipment.

Dismantles, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains industrial heating equipment, pumps, indexes, motors, electrical and mechanical controls and devices, blasting machines, cranes, PLC's and other related equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot & repair furnaces, motors, pumps, PLCs, and more
• Perform preventive maintenance across facility equipment
• Install & maintain electrical, pneumatic, and gas systems
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Use voltmeters, amp meters, and hand tools
• Fabricate parts, weld, and pipe fit as needed
• Keep accurate maintenance logs
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines

What You Bring

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, heat treating, or millwright work
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in hot/cold, dirty environments
• Team player with flexibility and reliability
• Basic computer skills (time clock, tracking station)
• Bonus: Additional certifications or technical training

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Climb ladders/stairs and work at heights
• Stand, bend, push, pull throughout shift
• Tolerate extreme temperatures
• Use forklifts, cranes, and jacks as needed
