Position Summary

This role isn’t about just meeting expectations—it’s about surpassing them. You won’t just be checking boxes or hitting quotas. Instead, you’ll own the recruitment process, act as a strategic advisor, and deliver real business value to our clients.


 

Key Responsibilities & Goals:


  • Recruiting & Candidate Sourcing:
  • Execute passive recruiting strategies while also leveraging ATS applicants.
  • Engage, qualify, and manage pipelines for multiple roles across different regions.
  • Develop creative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role expectations.
  • Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics (e.g., submittal-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios).
  • Operational & Process Management:
  • Manage recruitment efforts across multiple time zones and geographies.
  • Ensure timely candidate submittals, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with local hiring regulations in each country.
  • Document all activity in the ATS and adhere to project timelines.
  • Success Metrics
  • Submittal to Interview Rate: 67%
  • Interview to Hire Rate: 33%
  • Ability to meet hiring goals within the contract timeline

 

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience (global hiring experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruiting and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong passive sourcing skills (Boolean search, cold outreach, social sourcing).
  • Experience using ATS platforms for applicant management and tracking.
  • Ability to adapt to different time zones and work autonomously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
