Assembler – 1st Shift

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

$16–$20/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies based on blueprint specifications
• Meet productivity standards on moderately complex assemblies
• Ensure quality and accuracy in every build

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing background required
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Previous assembly or machine operating experience
• Able to stand for full shift and lift 30 lbs. repeatedly for 2–3 hours
• Strong work ethic and reliability
