MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (MACHINE), JUNIOR LEVEL

6:00am - 2:30pm M-F

Requirements:

·        Basic knowledge of industrial machine repair

·        Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance requirements

·        Hydraulics & Fabricating

Responsible for maintaining and improving property, plant, and equipment:

·        Maintain all Safety regulations and safe work environment.

·        Maintain preventative maintenance schedule per ISO and company requirements.

·        Maintain and improve machinery, equipment, and facility.

·        Improve machinery to improve safety and process flow.

·        Implement “Lean” techniques to improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.

·        Keep the facility clean and free from issues or flaws in equipment and property.

·        Help with projects as required by management.

·        Maintain records of machine failures. 

·        Maintain record of day-to-day operations.

Physical Demand of Job:

• Be able to stand for 8-hour shift
• Be able to lift 75-100 LBS. 

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical/vocational skills preferred
