Machine Maintenance Mechanic – 1st Shift

💰 $24–$38 per hour (based on experience)

🕖 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair CNC and electro-mechanical control systems
• Diagnose mechanical vs. control system failures
• Repair, adjust, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment
• Test machines through operating cycles to ensure accuracy and performance
• Align mechanical systems and repair faulty components
• Perform incidental welding as part of maintenance activities
• Use precision test tools to conduct detailed operational testing

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 5+ years related maintenance experience
• Technical degree preferred, not required
• Experience with CNC equipment, welding, spindle alignment, and machine accuracy
• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams and schematics
• Must supply basic hand tools (wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, etc.)
