Mechanical Assembler – First Shift (Valley View, OH)

$22.00/hour • 4-Day Workweek • Full-Time

Now hiring a mechanically inclined assembler to join our manufacturing team in Independence, OH. You’ll build heavy-duty industrial equipment using hand tools, power tools, and detailed blueprints.

This is a first-shift, four 10-hour days per week schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble industrial equipment components using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions
• Complete mechanical assemblies independently or as part of a team
• Inspect work for accuracy, fit, and quality
• Identify and correct defects or misalignments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate issues such as missing parts or unclear instructions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Must own basic hand tools (wrenches, sockets, pliers, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings/blueprints
• Experience using drills, impacts, grinders, torque tools, etc.
• Able to lift and move heavy parts (team lifting available)
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
