General Laborer – 1st Shift

$18+/hour (based on experience)

Monday – Friday | 1st Shift

Occasional weekend work available

We are looking for hard-working and dependable General Laborers to join a busy industrial team in Painesville. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working in and outdoors/around industrial equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general manual labor around the facility
• Remove debris and plant material from trenches and sumps
• Use shovels and basic tools to keep work areas clean and safe
• Work in confined spaces when necessary
• Climb into silos to assist with debris removal
• Operate or work from on lifts up to 60 feet

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable performing physical labor
• Able to work in confined spaces
• Not afraid of heights (work may occur in towers up to 80 ft)
• Reliable and able to follow safety procedures
• Industrial or labor experience is helpful but not required
