Shift: 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

Job Overview:

Looking for experienced metal cutting/drilling operators to join our 2nd shift team! You'll be responsible for setting up and running bandsaw machines, ensuring high-quality parts are produced to spec, (CNC background is a big plus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust bandsaw/metal-cutting machines
• Install and position tooling as per setup sheets
• Keep machines within required tolerances
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Tumble parts to remove burrs/chips
• Load/unload parts and organize on skids

Requirements:

• Must have metal cutting experience
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gages, etc.)
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Complete ISO training within 30 days
