CNC BRIDGE MILL OPERATOR - Direct Hire

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Summary:

This individual will be responsible for ensuring and producing high quality parts that are specific to our customers standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set-up and manage Vtech, Samsung and Doosan CNC machinery for production milling using FANUC controls.
• Familiar with editing programs and making offsets on low volume, high complexity parts up to 200”x 96” x 42”
• Translate engineered drawings and verify all precise measurements and calculations prior to setting up the machinery for production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete routine maintenance and ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Communicate any logistics issues that may arise during the process of creating a part.
• Hold tolerances down to .0005”.
• Forklift and crane experience desired. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ Years experience on Bridge or large vertical mills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent Organizational skills
• In-dept knowledge of metal machinery
• Extensive knowledge of prints and how to interpret them
• Overtime as required
• Must be able to setup independently on highly complex parts.
