We are seeking an experienced Automotive Body Technician to join a fast-paced production collision repair shop. This role is ideal for a technician who is comfortable working in a flat-rate environment and can efficiently perform structural and non-structural repairs while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle disassembly and damage analysis
• Complete structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Conduct frame and unibody repairs
• Perform panel replacement, panel alignment, and panel straightening
• Follow OEM repair procedures and industry standards
• Perform welding (MIG / spot welding) when required
• Use body filler and perform metal finishing
• Work efficiently to meet cycle time and production goals

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Body Technician / Collision Repair Technician
• Strong experience with structural and non-structural repairs
• Knowledge of OEM repair procedures
• Experience in a production or high-volume collision shop
• Ability to meet flat-rate productivity expectations
• Strong attention to quality and safety

Preferred

• I-CAR or I-CAR Platinum Certification
• OEM collision repair training
• Structural or non-structural certifications
• Experience in DRP or insurance repair environments
