We’re hiring an experienced Auto Body Technician for a fast-paced production environment with steady workflow and strong earning potential. If you’re comfortable in a flat-rate shop and take pride in OEM-quality repairs, this is a great opportunity.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Perform structural & non-structural repairs
• Complete disassembly and damage analysis
• Conduct frame/unibody repairs
• Replace, align, and straighten panels
• Perform MIG/spot welding and metal finishing
• Follow OEM procedures
• Meet production and cycle time goals

✅ What You Need

• Experience as an Auto Body / Collision Technician
• Strong repair skills (structural + non-structural)
• Ability to work in a flat-rate, high-production shop
• Knowledge of OEM repair standards
• Quality and safety-focused mindset

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)

• I-CAR Certification (Platinum a plus)
• OEM training or DRP experience
