Position Summary
The Sales Development Representative role is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in sales. For those willing to learn and give it 100% day-in, day-out, this is your chance to develop crucial skills and attain a lucrative sales career.
Responsibilities & Goals
· Take ownership over marketing leads provided in effort to generate qualified and interested buyers
· Schedule meetings for sales team
· After 90 days – schedule 1 meeting per day (20+ per month)
· Execute daily outreach cold calls (i.e. phone, email, LI, etc.) with phone calls being the primary method of communication
· Develop sales campaigns through HubSpot and Salesforce
· Activity will vary per day but 100+ will not be uncommon (can decrease after 90 days)
· Obtain knowledge of all Qualigence services with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition
Expectations
30 days:
o Become proficient with the systems in place that support day-to-day efforts such as Salesforce and HubSpot and fully understand the sales process
o Ability to speak to all services enough to conduct outreach
o Schedule 5 appointments per month
60 days:
o Schedule 10 appointments per month
90 days:
o Schedule 15 appointments per month
o 25% conversion rate into opportunities
180 days:
o Schedule 20 appointments per month
o 50% conversion rate into opportunities
