Manual Thread Operator

Shift: 2nd Shift — 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Location: Richmond Heights

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Manual Thread Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. The operator will be responsible for setting up and running manual threading equipment to produce precision‑threaded parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual threading machines to cut and form threads on metal components.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure thread accuracy and quality.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating manual threading or similar machining equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read basic measurements and use inspection tools.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full 2nd shift schedule.
