Position Summary

This role isn’t about just meeting expectations—it’s about surpassing them. You won’t just be checking boxes or hitting quotas. Instead, you’ll own the recruitment process, act as a strategic advisor, and deliver real business value to our clients.
What You’ll Own

Take the Lead – Own the intake process and collaborate with clients to build a strategic hiring plan that ensures they attract and hire the right talent.

Consult & Deliver – Set clear expectations with clients, provide ongoing updates, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Drive Results – Your success will be measured by quality, not just volume. Key performance benchmarks include:
- A 67% submittal-to-interview rate
- A 33% interview-to-hire rate
- Keeping cost of hire under 20%

Strategic Recruitment – Manage 4-6 projects at a time, leveraging research and sourcing teams to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates.

Data-Driven Decisions – Keep detailed, real-time tracking in our ATS to ensure transparency, efficiency, and insight-driven hiring.

Client Relationships – Build trusted partnerships, offering consultative support that helps clients achieve long-term hiring success.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting
- Demonstrated experience in advanced internet sourcing and cold calling
- Ability to experiment with alternative techniques to obtain successful results
- Able to write client intake summaries, emails, candidate summaries
- Able to work cross-functionally internally
- Able to meet deadlines and budget restrictions
