Position Summary


This is not your typical recruiter role. You won’t be chasing commissions or filling roles just to hit a number. As a Delivery Consultant at Qualigence, you'll be a trusted advisor to clients—someone who delivers results while building meaningful relationships and long-term hiring success. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with sourcing, research, and client teams. Your work will directly support clients in building better teams and stronger businesses.


 

What you'll do:


  • Own the client intake process and help shape strategic hiring plans
  • Partner closely with clients, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the process
  • Lead 4-6 active recruiting projects with the support of sourcing and research teams
  • Track and improve key metrics like:
  • 67% submittal-to-interview rate
  • 33% interview-to-hire rate
  • Keeping cost-per-hire under 20%
  • Deliver high-quality candidate pipelines based on real market intelligence
  • Build strong client relationships and become a true hiring partner—not just a vendor
  • Track all work in our ATS and use data to guide decisions and improve outcomes
  • Stay ahead of recruiting trends, continuously learning and improving

Qualifications


  • 2+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting
  • Demonstrated experience in advanced internet sourcing and cold calling
  • Ability to experiment with alternative techniques to obtain successful results
  • Able to write client intake summaries, emails, candidate summaries
  • Able to work cross-functionally internally
  • Able to meet deadlines and budget restrictions
