As a Contract Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to exceed client expectations by assisting with exceptional direct hire placements. As part of this process, you’ll identify and engage qualified candidates. You’ll also consult the client, help manage project expectations and collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible client experience. Your success will be measured by your submittal-to-interview ratio, interview to hire ratio, utilization rate, cost of hire percentage, along with client retention. This role is unique in that it is non-commissioned – allowing you to focus on quality of hire above all else.

 

Responsibilities & Goals

  • Lead intake activities and set strategic plan with clients to attract and hire top talent
  • Manage and lead client expectations with weekly project status and budget alignment
  • Maintain a submittal to interview rate of 67%, Interview to hire 25% and a Cost of Hire not to exceed 20%.
  • Manage and recruit qualified candidates for 4-6 projects at a time
  • Track and report progress by keeping detailed notes in ATS
  • Manage hours and budget assigned out in project plan
  • Provide weekly updates to internal Service Delivery leadership and account teams
  • Update and adhere to project plan doc deliverables
  • Ensure time spent on project is within client parameters
  • Monitor recruitment trends and best practices
  • Maintain a high level of client relationship to improve client retention
  • Provide direction to research team for proper candidate pipelining
  • Ability to be onsite as needed

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting
  • Demonstrated experience in advanced internet sourcing and cold calling
  • Ability to experiment with alternative techniques to obtain successful results
  • Able to write client intake summaries, emails, candidate summaries
  • Able to work cross-functionally internally
  • Able to meet deadlines and budget restrictions
