The Role

As a Senior Backend Developer at, you will work directly with the Tech Lead and shape the technology strategy of to tackle complex challenges and pave the way to our long-term success.

We seek an experienced team member who successfully delivered reliable and scalable products, preferably in SaaS businesses.

Your Responsibilities

●     Implement scalable and cloud-native solutions.

●     Collaborate with your team to design and develop elegant solutions to complex business problems.

●     Maintenance support, refactoring, debugging & improvement of existing code

●     Implement and maintain reliable, scalable, robust, and extensible data systems that support core products and business.

●     Help defne the technical direction of your team

●     Create robust, maintainable code using automated tests in development processes,

●     Ensure code quality by applying architecture & design principles

●     Explore new technologies, analyze and solve problems

Requirements

●     Proficient understanding and deep knowledge of architectural & infrastructure patterns and agile methodologies.

●     Technical expertise in software development, software architecture, quality assurance, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployments.

●     Experience with our tech stack: NodeJS, TypeScript, Nest.js, Prisma, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes on AWS. Python may be added to the stack in the short/mid term.

●     Expert knowledge of DevOps \CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm) is a plus

●     Familiarity with Python is a big plus.

●     Exceptional people and communication skills with a high degree of empathy.

●     Strategic thinking, with the ability to set and achieve business goals based on measurable objectives.
