Marketing Project Manager
A typical day in the life for our project manager? We're a go-go-go company with an ambitious project list; we need an assertive and energetic project leader! If you’re a tactical, organized, diligent, and highly communicative marketing operations driver, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts (and our team) help Foot Levelers achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Key Marketing Project Manager responsibilities include:
- Serve as project lead for the marketing team, assisting with start-to-finish campaign implementation
- Coordinate projects and monitor approvals to ensure all deadlines are met
- Lead strategy, planning, and progress meetings
- Delegate and distribute tasks
- Track and monitor progress among the marketing team members
- Report to senior leadership
- Collaborate with the creative team members to produce promotional materials
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Manage coordination and communications interdepartmentally (Customer Service, Sales, and IT)
- Create a content calendar for the company’s emails, print (publications), blogs and social media accounts
- Build and maintain external vendor relationships
- Create project timelines and budgets
- Liaise with graphic designers to create print and digital advertisements
- Partner with staff copywriters and commission freelancers to create blogs, email, and web content as needed

- Proven project management expertise; you’ve worked in a similar role for a busy, cross-functional team
- Proficient software skills to include project management and tracking, CRM, and CMS
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills; you have a track record of "success stories" to prove it!
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools & familiarity with SEO/SEM campaigns and terminology – “nice to have” but not deal breakers!

Compensation
- $80,000 Target Max Salary
- Up to 4% Holiday bonus, based on cumulative earnings
- FLI executes a 6-month performance review based on set goals and KPI’s and will review compensation
