We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in a critical phase of operational and leadership transformation. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in plant environments and can quickly translate strategy into execution.

Supporting a plant of approximately 90 employees, this role will partner closely with interim and incoming operational leadership to stabilize, strengthen, and elevate the people function during a pivotal period for the business.

Key areas of focus include:

• Driving organizational design and workforce planning initiatives
• Building and implementing training and engagement strategies
• Strengthening leadership capability and succession planning
• Partnering directly with plant leadership to operationalize HR strategy
• Bringing structure, accountability, and follow-through to key people initiatives
• Serving as a visible, credible HR presence on-site and within the operation

The ideal candidate will bring strong plant HR and HR operations experience, along with the ability to lead change, influence leaders, and move initiatives from concept to completion in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
