We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in a critical phase of operational and leadership transformation. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in plant environments and can quickly translate strategy into execution.
Supporting a plant of approximately 90 employees, this role will partner closely with interim and incoming operational leadership to stabilize, strengthen, and elevate the people function during a pivotal period for the business.
