Gecko Hospitality is seeking an experienced and charismatic Bar Manager to join our team in Bethlehem, PA! As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize menu pricing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests
• Foster strong relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
• Analyze sales data and implement changes to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to liquor service

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Bar Manager or similar role
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of mixology and drink trends a plus
