Your Role:
At our restaurant, the General Manager is a key operational and cultural leader,
responsible for supporting the Managing Partner in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s
performance. This role ensures that our vision—To Be the Best Little Upscale
Neighborhood Joint—is brought to life through exceptional hospitality, consistent standards, and
an engaged team. The General Manager leads through action, teamwork, and integrity, serving as a
daily example of our mission: To Make Memorable Moments Every Day.
The General Manager works together with the Managing Partner and Culinary Partner to maintain
operational excellence, train and develop future leaders, and ensure that every guest leaves feeling
valued, appreciated, and eager to return.
YOUR IMPACT AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Team Development
• Support the Managing Partner in leading daily operations and driving Our culture of
hospitality and accountability.
• Serve as an active leader on the floor, coaching and developing FOH and BOH teams during
service.
• Reinforce company values and service standards across all departments.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and training to FOH leadership and
hourly teams.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top talent aligned with our culture.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment built on teamwork and
mutual respect.

Required Skills:
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-service restaurant leadership experience, with at least 1–2 years
in a multi-manager environment.
• Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations, service, and financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop teams successfully.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
