Your Impact

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed goals across all market segments.
  • Design and execute creative strategies to increase revenue, strengthen brand awareness, and capture new business.
  • Build genuine, long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel planners, and local organizations.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Reconnect with past group clients and uncover untapped rebooking opportunities.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, proposals, and forecasting using Delphi and other industry tools.
  • Represent the hotel in the community—actively engaging with CVBs, Chambers of Commerce, and professional associations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and STR reports to guide smart business decisions.


What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of progressive hotel sales management experience, ideally within a branded property.
  • A natural ability to lead with integrity, motivate teams, and drive results.
  • Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience with IHG systems or Delphi is a plus.
