Your Impact
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed goals across all market segments.
- Design and execute creative strategies to increase revenue, strengthen brand awareness, and capture new business.
- Build genuine, long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel planners, and local organizations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
- Reconnect with past group clients and uncover untapped rebooking opportunities.
- Oversee contract negotiations, proposals, and forecasting using Delphi and other industry tools.
- Represent the hotel in the community—actively engaging with CVBs, Chambers of Commerce, and professional associations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and STR reports to guide smart business decisions.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of progressive hotel sales management experience, ideally within a branded property.
- A natural ability to lead with integrity, motivate teams, and drive results.
- Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience with IHG systems or Delphi is a plus.
