The ideal Restaurant General Manager is a proven leader who drives operational excellence, ensures top-tier guest service and cleanliness, and develops high-performing teams through hands-on leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, guest experience, and daily execution
• Ensures exceptional cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Develops and mentors team members through hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Requires proven success as a Restaurant General Manager, ideally within a casual dining environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a full service or fast casual concept
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
