  • Control labor and food/beverage costs: write smart schedules, monitor comps/voids, manage pour costs, and hit budgeted metrics.
  • Maintain food safety and alcohol compliance (ServSafe/RAAMP or equivalent), run line checks, temp logs, and audits; partner with kitchen on quality and timing.
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotions, LTOs, and flawless execution of group events, parties, and corporate buyouts.
  • Resolve guest issues in the moment, protect reviews, and create regulars in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
  • Partner with the GM and operations team on inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor follow-up; keep pars tight and waste low.

  • Proven ability to build and retain teams; coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Nights/weekends/holidays availability; able to work a flexible, peak-driven schedule.
  • ServSafe Manager certification and valid alcohol service credentials (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • Philadelphia, PA based with reliable transportation.

Comp & Details

  • Competitive base salary + bonus potential (based on sales, labor, and guest metrics).
  • Benefits package (medical/dental/vision), PTO, and growth opportunities within a national entertainment & dining brand.
