Our Service/Bar Managers must be able to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations.

PRE-REQUISITES:
· 2+ years full-service restaurant management experience
· Be an expert in Iconic Hospitality
· Must have solid communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:
· The Service/Bar Manager should act as a “brand ambassador” for our company at all times
· The Service/Bar Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
· The Service/Bar Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
