What You’ll Do


As the Group Sales Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of group and corporate business development for the hotel, focusing on driving revenue and delivering memorable guest experiences.


  • Lead, coach, and motivate a small but dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to capture new group and corporate accounts.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations that convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and operations leaders to ensure flawless execution of booked business.
  • Actively engage in prospecting, networking, and community involvement to increase the hotel’s visibility.
  • Utilize CRM and hotel systems (Delphi, OPERA, or similar) to manage sales activity, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience required (group or corporate focus preferred)
  • Proven success achieving or surpassing sales goals
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends
  • Experience with Delphi, OPERA PMS, or similar CRM/sales systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
  • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and events
