We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House (FOH) Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Bethlehem, PA. Job Summary:

Responsibilities include staffing, training, maintaining cost efficiencies, and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FOH operations, including staffing, training, and team development
• Drive financial success through effective cost management and upselling strategies
• Foster a guest-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational excellence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
