Gecko Hospitality is seeking an experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our team in Hellertown, PA. As a key member of our staff, you'll support the General Manager in all phases of operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage FOH staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
• Oversee daily FOH operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements
• Coordinate special events and private parties
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Monitor inventory, labor costs, and sales performance
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 2+ years of FOH management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree or certification preferred
